About the Role
We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Artist (Mid-Level) who can bring ideas to life through movement, animation, and visual storytelling. From social media content and digital ads to explainer videos and branded presentations, you’ll create motion-led experiences that capture attention instantly. This role is not just about animating assets, it’s about blending design, timing, and creativity to craft visuals people remember.
What You’ll Do (aka Your Superpowers)
- Design and animate motion graphics for videos, social media, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Create storyboards, animatics, and style frames before production.
- Build and animate 2D/3D assets, icons, and characters.
- Composite animated elements with live-action footage and visual effects.
- Develop reusable templates, presets, and animation systems for team efficiency.
- Ensure visual consistency across campaigns and client brands.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and creative teams to execute concepts.
- Stay updated with animation trends, plugins, and emerging motion tools.
- Manage multiple animation projects while maintaining creative quality.

What You Bring to the Table
We’re open to all backgrounds, but bonus points if you’ve studied:

Skills That’ll Make You Shine
- 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics at an agency, studio, or production house.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Ability to work across multiple projects with tight timelines.
- A keen eye for detail, movement, and visual rhythm.
- Experience with Lottie animations or character animation is a bonus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
